Группа «Акрон», один из ведущих вертикально интегрированных производителей минеральных удобрений в России и мире, на своей площадке в Великом Новгороде реализует проект модернизации агрегатов карбамида №№1-4, отмечается пресс-службой ПАО «Акрон».
В рамках проекта планируется увеличить выработку продукта с 2100 до 3100 тонн в сутки. Инвестиции составят 80 млн долларов. Завершение работ намечено на 2026 год. Генеральным проектировщиком выступает ООО «НПЦ Акрон инжиниринг».
В рамках проекта будет построено новое отделение синтеза, дистилляции и компрессии, сопутствующая инженерная инфраструктура. Все четыре агрегата синтеза производства карбамида будут работать по единой технологии с возможностью управления с одного ЦПУ.
Напомним, сегодня в ПАО «Акрон» действуют шесть агрегатов карбамида. Агрегаты №№1-4 были пущены на Новгородском химкомбинате в 1969–1972 годах, позднее они были модернизированы до мощности 730 тыс. тонн в год. В 2012 году в эксплуатацию введен агрегат карбамида №5 мощностью 350 тыс. тонн в год, впоследствии модернизированный до 515 тыс. тонн в год. В 2023 году завершена реконструкция агрегата №6 с увеличением его мощности до 2650 тонн в сутки. В 2020 и 2023 годах пущены два комплекса грануляции мощностью 700 тыс. тонн в год каждый. Совокупные мощности производства карбамида компании составляют более 2 млн тонн карбамида в год. Это делает «Акрон» крупнейшей площадкой по выпуску карбамида в Европе.
